Refund & Return Policy

Damaged Products (Mandatory Opening Video)

If you receive a damaged product, you must record a clear unboxing video from the beginning showing:

  • The sealed package
  • Shipping label
  • Full opening process
  • Clearly visible damage

⚠️ Claims without a proper. The opening video will not be accepted.

You must share the video/photos within 24–48 hours of delivery at info@wraparts.in along with your order details.

Verification & Approval

Once we receive the required photos/videos, our internal, the team will inspect and verify the claim.

We will notify you whether your refund/exchange request is approved or
rejected
.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed after team approval.

Refund Process

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–9 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7
    business days
    after deducting:
  • 18% GST
  • Shipping charges
  • RTO charges
  • 5% transaction fee



Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may apply).
  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged (with
valid opening video proof).
