Refund & Return Policy
Damaged Products (Mandatory Opening Video)
If you receive a damaged product, you must record a clear unboxing video from the beginning showing:
- The sealed package
- Shipping label
- Full opening process
- Clearly visible damage
⚠️ Claims without a proper. The opening video will not be accepted.
You must share the video/photos within 24–48 hours of delivery at info@wraparts.in along with your order details.
Verification & Approval
Once we receive the required photos/videos, our internal, the team will inspect and verify the claim.
We will notify you whether your refund/exchange request is approved or
rejected.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after team approval.
Refund Process
If approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5–9 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7
business days after deducting: - 18% GST
- Shipping charges
- RTO charges
- 5% transaction fee
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may apply).
- Contact your bank.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged (with
valid opening video proof).
